So firstly, your ticket should be cancelled within 24 hours after booking, and secondly, your ticket should be purchased 7 days before departure. This airline offers you many options to cancel your ticket through a website or app and call their customer care staff. Remember that your new dates must be entered within 14 days of your original departure time. Service charges will apply if your reservation date is changed by phone call. Breeze Airline does not give you the option to remove a single passenger from an online reservation. Apart from this, you can not cancel your ticket online if you do it 24 hours before departure. The same rule applies if any third party books your ticket.

  • Visit the “Breeze Airways” website.
  • Login to your account as a guest.
  • Click the “My trip” tab.
  • Select the “view” option.
  • Choose the “Remove Guest” and select the passenger.

Remember that when you are not able to remove your passenger by online.

How to cancel a segment of a round-trip flight on Breeze?

This airline allows you to cancel your round-trip reservation. You must visit their website and go to “manage booking.” After clicking this, you will get an option to cancel your round-way trip. Airlines apply cancellation fees if your ticket is cancelled after 24 hours of booking. Sometimes you book your ticket through a travel agent; in such a situation, you will have to contact your travel agent.

  • Go to Breeze Airways website.
  • After clicking the “manage booking” tab then, log in as a guest.
  • Choose your booked flight.
  • Click the “View More” button.
  • Select the “Round-Trip” option.
  • Then, the automatic will display the “cancel & credit” option.
  • Click the “Yes” button for cancellation.

Breeze Airways Refund Policy

  • Remember that everyone is not eligible for a refund after a cancelled flight. The refund policy does not apply for different kinds of fees like baggage/ pet and seat fees.
  • If you do not board the flight 15 minutes before departure time, then you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • You can get a full refund if your ticket is cancelled within 24 hours after booking.
  • If the ticket is purchased 7 days before departure and you want to cancel the flight, then you can send a refund request to the airline.
  • If the ticket is cancelled due to airline reasons and you do not want to rebook your flight, you will get a full refund.
  • You will get Breeze points in exchange for a refund if your ticket is cancelled through the website or app.
  • If your dashboard shows the “No-Show” option, it means you are not eligible for a refund.
  • All tickets are non-refundable, but if you are eligible for refunds, then fill out the “refund request form” and send it to the airline.
  • You will receive a refund in your bank account within 7 working days.
    If you want to get a refund, you will have to wait up to 20 days and submit all legal documents.
